For students, organizational experience is often a valuable learning tool. Through these activities, students can develop various skills relevant to the demands of the workforce. This is why organizational experience is often seen as an added value that can increase the chances of landing a job.

ORGANIZATIONS AS A PLACE TO DEVELOP SOFT SKILLS

One of the main reasons organizational experience becomes an advantage is that it helps students develop soft skills. Soft skills are non-technical abilities related to how a person interacts, communicates, and collaborates with others.
