Being busy is not an excuse to lose balance in life. With proper time management, everything can still run side by side.
1. USE A PLANNER OR DIGITAL CALENDAR
Record your class schedules, meetings, deadlines, and rest time. Don’t rely on memory alone.
2. SET ACTIVITY LIMITS
If you’re too exhausted, don’t hesitate to say, *“Not for now.”* You’re not a machine.
3. SCHEDULE SMALL HEALING MOMENTS
Healing doesn’t have to be expensive. A short walk, an ice cream break, a quick movie, or a nap can help recharge your energy.
4. MANAGE TIME BASED ON ENERGY, NOT JUST HOURS
If you are more productive in the morning, finish heavy tasks during that time. Put lighter activities in the afternoon or evening.
5. MAINTAIN COMMUNICATION WITH ORGANIZATION FRIENDS
Good teamwork makes tasks lighter and less time-consuming.
